Reconstruct attack speed boost....

I had a few questions considering the boost to attack speed when you are hit with Reconstruct.

Does it stack with Haste?

Does it stack with Ranger Tempest enhancement?

How long does it last?

It is just like haste. So it wont stack with haste.
I beleive the tempest speed stacks with anything.

Tempest speed boost is seperate and not a spell.

Spell effects do not stack of the same type including movement speed, or attack speed.

Expedious Retreat does not stack with Haste (although it will last when haste ends so you keep at least 25% boost in speed) and does not stack with equipment boosts to speed either.

Same goes with reconstruction and the attack speed boost from haste.

The duration is on the order of 30 seconds, and the increase in attack speed is exactly the same as for haste (I forget the number off the top of my head).
