View Full Version : Won't Let Me Cancel Account

I've enjoyed my return to DDO but after a couple months of playing I've finished the content. I'm ready to cancel my subscription but when I go through My Account and hit cancel subscription I get the message:

The system was unable to cancel your subscription. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. [err: 30031]
The system was unable to update your account at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again. [err: -2]

I know there are going to be issues with the account management during tomorrow's downtime but today as well?

There shouldn't be any issues currently. I suggest you contact Account Management directly so they can look at your account. You can find their contact options by browsing to:

http://support.turbine.com

Just click on the DDO icon, then click on Account Management.

Thanks for the quick response. I just logged into My Account and it shows my cancellation pending. It must have gone through this morning but gave me the error message as if it hadn't.

You guys have done a great job evolving DDO from its release. I look forward to returning when I can do some new stuff with my sorc!

I am getting the same issue, when I try to cancel my account:

Is someone looking into this issue?
