I've enjoyed my return to DDO but after a couple months of playing I've finished the content. I'm ready to cancel my subscription but when I go through My Account and hit cancel subscription I get the message:
The system was unable to cancel your subscription. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. [err: 30031]
The system was unable to update your account at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again. [err: -2]
I know there are going to be issues with the account management during tomorrow's downtime but today as well?
