Funny thing about odds...they are sometimes somewhat ...... odd....



(like yesterday was a pretty good one for my cleric who pulled in back to back Velah/Reaver runs +2 Con (Velah chest), +1 Wis (Velah End), Portable Hole (Reaver End) and got gifted the Madstone Shield (which will free up the Tower Shield Feat I took way back at 3rd level in summer 2006....????). Some days are just a lot more lucky than others....)

Just finished my 4th run (newbtacular!). I have yet to get anything good from any of the chests (mostly random enhancement armors like +3 Splint Mail with Lightning Guard and Lesser Axeblock or somesuch), and I've only pulled 2 good end rewards (a +1 Int Tome, which is my first Tome besides my 1750 reward, and a holy longsword of pure good).

Seems to me the polite thing would be to not mention it. Also I find it unbelievable that +3 Wis and +3 Cha tomes dropped in the same chest. I've seen 4 tomes total drop from the warded chest in 68 runs(none for me).

a brain is not required for the reaver anymore, but regardless after over 300 runs and only 4 tomes total with 1 tome pulled in an at large chest I am no longer running the thing anymore. If you really think about it took you 40 runs which is soon going to be easily reachable in both the shroud and the new raid next mod for 4 +3 tomes of your choice.. By mod 8 we will be getting +4 tomes so who cares.

Lay off the haterade Norg! 4 +3 tomes self-pulled in 40runs is very lucky, all I was doing is thanking the +3 tome loot gods. God!

Not 1 single +3 +2 or +1 tome ever pulled from there or any completion. Offering the gauntlets of Eternity on my 20th was pretty darn insulting for a wizard, especially since they seemed to offer the half of stuff I pulled allready from there (grrrr!)

I have seen two people pull +3 tomes only. Guess my brain ain't helping. Well, another try in about 8 hours....hope I can get one then...

n00bs. ive ran reaver 10 times, and each time ive gottin a +3 tome. id take a screeny, but my camera is broken. and uh....i cant seem to get another one offa the auction house, and as of yet, nobody repairs polaroids. :( sorry, id REALLY like to take a screeny of them too. but dont worry, ive never picked one. ive always traded them off for +1 weapons for my lower lvl toons. +3 tomes are all overrated anyway. o.0

Very nice. My sorc got a +3 tome on her 20th. Too bad it was for INT. :/ My barb was given a +3 STR tome from a guildy this past Sunday because the looter already had a +3 STR already. So yeah, that accounts for all my +3-ness. But to get 4 in 40 runs, that's pretty impressive. Grats on the luck!

My 40th on Ghin had my choice of 3 different +3 tomes... dex con and strength...wish I coulda mugged her.,

Have seen several +3 wis and dex str and in tomes drop in raid usually about one a week or so.
