I'm back to playing fulltime after a short break.

My L11 Drow Pure Bard has been idle since Mod 4. 38Perform/28UMD

Reset enhancements, now a SpellSinger. 18INT/28CHA. 130HP/720SP. Low STR/10.

I lack "BigTicket" items that expand my Casting abilities.

What will help? I Buff, CC, Heal.

You seem to have answered your own question. If you're asking where to acquire these things at your level, I would suggest doing Gianthold, Orchard, and Vale runs. The loot is decent in the explorer areas and will set you up for questing. Currently, there are no Potency/Devotion IIX items however. Potency/Devotion VII is the best we can get. Don't know what server you're on, but the marketplace threads are full of goodies.

Max every Song enhancement (except Inspired Bravery), max healing via enhancements and potency item, carry Rage/Displacement/GH, and now you're set as a party buffer.
