Question on Dual Shards

Can I make a Radiance II shortsword with +6 int, Good Burst, and +4 Insight AC like this????

FEE/+DM/(FOE & POE)

Will this work? Or will I have a pretty much useless item??

Do the first two shards on altars I and II have to exactly match those used on altar III? Or can I mix and match as long as the elements remain the same?

I'm guessing by FEE you mean Fire, Escalation, Etheral ???

If you are making a weapon it has to be FEM, Material.

Weapons dont require material shards not sure where that came from yes asp you can make it just like you said my rad II I already made is a mix and match just the last two combined shards have to be the same other than the foci which for ac doesnt matter which is dominant.

From what I understand Asp youd have to go FEE/+DM for the supreme shards.

If you are making a weapon it has to be FEM, Material.

Why? Weapons work with ethereal bonuses, I want intelligence, not dex or str.

Sorry, I swore Etheral was used on all Items and Material on all weapons :(

Yes this will work. After Tier 2 you will have Aspect of Radiance: Sunburst (2/rest) as your bonus. For Tier 3 your double shard will have Aspect of Radiance on it and when you add it to your SS you will get Radiance II which is what gives you 4d6 Light damage and Blinds target on Crit.
