Old Player Returning

Hey all,

I used to play back when DDO first started up, got to level 8 before eventually falling out around the same time the first module came out.

I decided that I wanted to come back out and check it out again with all the new changes, so I've re-activated my account and I'm ready to roll. Only problem is I'm terribly out of date with all these new changes and whats going on.

So I'm still deciding on what server to roll on. Before I played a Sorceror doing some crowd-control with a side of nuke, and I enjoyed that enough that I'm thinking of making this kind of character again. I have a pretty chaotic schedule, so good PUGs are my best friend, though if there are any good guilds out there with enough members to form up with someone who can appear at random times, thats good too.

Also, any tips or advice to help me in this newly changed world of DDO would be great.

You may want to pop on to each server and see if your old character is still around. There was a server merge so you may already be on one of the servers.

As to class, I'm partial to Rangers. I only have one caster and that's my Cleric, he's a lot of fun to play.

If you happen to be on Ghallanda (formerly Lhazzar) look up Burning Legion folks, run with us a few times and see if you like us.
