Tempest Enhancment Issue

Hi all,
I took the Tempest enhancment line for my ranger and I didn't see the AC Bonus for duel weilding on my character sheet. Is this a bug or a display glitch?

it's added into your dodge bonus i believe.

it's always active, whether you are dual wielding or not.
