How powerful is this enhancement really and what healing spells does this work on? Because to be honest, this seems like the most powerful enhancement in the game!

Does it work with wand heals? potions? Cleric periodic heal spell? and coming soon= monk regen? and most importantly, does it STACK with cleric's +healing spell enhancements and items when used on you? So humans can get 110% heals?

I would really like to know, because if such is the case I think I found my new race for fighter/monk class! =)

I'm about 95% sure it stacks with cleric enhancements.

Yes, to all of the above.

My tank has all three levels of this enhancement. A healing specced cleric will indeed increase his/her mana efficiency by an additional 30% when healing me. It works with potions, wands, and Lay on hands.

I'm unsure about regeneration, though...haven't had the opportunity to test that aspect.

Human Imp Recovery I = 110% Healing from spells, wands, potions, clickies. Cumulative cost 2 AP.
Human Imp Recovery II = 120% Healing from spells, wands, potions, clickies. Cumulative cost 6 AP.
Human Imp Recovery III = 130% Healing from spells, wands, potions, clickies. Cumulative cost 12 AP.

It not only stacks, it multiplies the total calculated healing. If a Cleric16 can cast Heal for 285 HP, he would heal your Human for 313, 342, or 370. I don't see the third tier being worth it, but the first two are fairly inexpensive. Then again, if you play a low HP character (<300 HP), anything more than tier1 is not really needed.

Im really hoping it stacks with this monk regen i am hearing about. I guess they are doing away with the monk's paladin style healing for some sort of passive like regen ability.

I don't think it'll be passive regen, More likely an activated heal over time that uses the monks Qi (or Ki, or Chi, or whatever it's actually called) bar. One of the interviews/videos I think mentioned this Qi thing would be used to power the monk's abilities.

I'm still on the fence as to whether that's going to be a good thing or something that makes me avoid playing a monk. At first I was totally against it but lately the idea seems to be growing on me a little, so I'm gonna wait and see.
