Would be cool if a Dev could verify or refute :

Still have the Question :
...if I do Positive(Dominion,Material) + Air(Dominion,Material) + Air(escalation,material)/Positive(effect suppressed) , does it get the +2 ExDex AND the Lightening??
- looks like that will result in a weapon with : Holy + Shocking Burst + Chain Lightening 2/day + 2 ExDex + Lightening Stike

Also, Water, Air, Fire(all Dominion,Material) would give : Frost + Shocking Burst + Polar Ray 2/day + Fire Blast

Further example : Air(Dominion, Material) + Air(Opposition, Ethereal) + Air(Dominion,Material) would give : Shock + 2 AC insight bonus + Haste 3/day + Shock Blast + Air Guard (DC 35 trip or 30 second haste)

IE: You don't have to take the damaging items every time to get the Aspects benefits.

Can you do the Tier2 before the Tier1 ?
Seems like it should be possible..... cause I'm ready to do tier2, but don't have the dang small power shard to do tier 1 :(

I'm pretty sure the prereq for Tier 2 is an item already upgraded at Tier 1, though I'm not sure where I saw that.

Figured it was. Just getting frustrated. Got ransacked on the chests and still no 1st level power shard. Got three ... or four... shards of great power. Got one imbuded already. Went ahead and did second completion just to get over the ransacked.

I heard all you said & agree that its complicated: they use to have helpful crafting by gear at:www.ddo.com/formus/showthread.php?t=318331 but ddo removed it. It was to helpful for crafting newbies and oldies.
