Ok, I understand that crafting is still in the beginning stages. What I would like to know is if +6 Wisdom is the only stat that can be applied to equipment or do we still have more recipes to discover to allow this type of upgrade?

Yes - +6 wis is the only +6 stat that can be currently applied to equipment (weapons can have many more +6 stats, but I presume you are specifically asking about equipment). This is obtained by going Existential Stalement (any combination of + and - at tier 1 and tier 2).
