AH: 1 Hour remaining?

IIRC, it used to be that when an auction said it had 1 hour left it could be anywhere from 1 hour and 59 minutes to 1 minute left.

But I vaguely remember that something was changed at some point. Does the change from 2 to 1 hour remaining still mean there is 1 hour and 59 minutes left? Or does it now change at 59 minutes and 59 seconds?

I honestly can't tell anymore. With the last patch's bugs, it introduced errors such that on occassion I've actually witnessed 5 hours meaning 3, etc.
