Cerulean Hills Rare?

I am missing ONE Cerulean Hills rare encounter. Don't know where to find him. Looking for Kargoth the Orc Warrior. Even general area of map will help. NE/SE/SW/NW???? Appreciate the help!!!

If I am not mistaken Kargoth is in a cave to the left of the wagon (Near the vinyard area).
