So far it gives you +6 wisdom on a weapon and +4 on an item. I have heard mention that this will change/has changed to where it is +6 wisdom for both. I looked all over but haven't seen anything on this. Anyone know more about this?

I have goggles with +6 WIS from the stalemate, my ranger loves them!

Items made now have +6 wisdom. I have a set of goggles that I made a while ago that only have +4. Does anyone know how I get that fixed?

From what I understand, scrap em and make them again. I could be wrong though.

Actually, I heard that tere will be an item to combine them with in an alter to bump them up to where they should be.

Eladrin has mentioned that a fix is in the works. The post is somewhere in that monster crafting thread.

Breagan,

I know for a fact one of the devs has addressed this. He basically said that they are going to put out a new recipe that will up the +4 wisdom to the new +6 wisdom standard.

I don't remeber where I saw it put I know it has been stated.

AFAIK, no offical statement has been made on how to fix the old items created with +4 wisdom. There has been some discussion I believe that they will be able to fixed via a new reciepe in the Stone of Change.

Thanks, now my only question to the Dev team is: When? With the request: please don't make us use any more ingredients on this, since this was a case of something not working as intended.

I am just getting into crafting and I am very curious about the Existential Stalemate effects. I've tried dlooking around for good recipes, and find the DDOWiki info to be to hard to easily undertand. I came across the DDO Online Crafting Planner, http://http://perfectweb.org/ddo/crafting/base_crafting.php but it doesn't seem to work properly with the Existential Stalemate effects, at least not like it does for other effects, where I can tell it I want a certain bonus effect and it narrows down the prereq effects to the ones that are "required" so that you can make an appropriate choice.

What effect combos lead to Existential Stalemate I and II

It's not really a "recipe". You just place the old item in the machine, push the button, and +4 wisdom becomes +6.

How is it not working for you? I just tried it out and when I selected Existential Stalemate II from the tier 3 bonus effects, everything narrowed down as expected:

tier 1 & 2 were restricted to being positive or negative
tier 3 was restricted to being positive (Since that's the tier 3 effect you receive)
and the secondary tier 3 was restricted to being negative.

Let me know what kind of problem you were having and I'll see if I can track down what caused it.

The other day when I posted my quesiton it wasn't narrowing it down at all. But it seems to be working now. I just put in Existential Stalemate II, and it filled in Existential Stalemate I, and limited the item types to weapons.

Any idea if you can get Existential Stalemate on non-weapon items? By selecting the Existential Stalemate II option for Tier 3 Bonus it narrows donw the Green Steel Items to Only Weapons.

edit: Playing with it some more I selected a Green Steel Cloak, and then the Tier 2 and 3 Bonus effects of Existential Stalemate I & II respectively, and I was able to make one in the planner. But is is actually possible in the game?

Yes. Because the item effects have the same name, there are two listings (at tier 3) for Existential Stalemate II. Once you select either an item or a weapon, the non-matching version falls off the list. I should probably see about clarifying it in the list like -- "Existential Stalemate II - Weapon Version" -- or something along those lines.

You know at some point I think I noticed that some of them were listed twice, and was wondering why. Thanks for the clarification. And more importantly, thanks for putting this together. Keep up the great work, you are THE MAN!!!
