Anyone have any hints/suggestions on pulling the red names in the Pac Man part of the Shroud. It seems that pulling one at a time - especially the Devil and Fire Elemental - is key to a smooth run.

Any help?

Send 4 people in with assignments to pull certain bosses to certain corners, then coordinate the kills.

Pulling one at a time is not really important. If things get a little crazy and they run about a bit, it's not hard to recover at all. In general if you have 4 people assigned to pull them, they'll be able to hit their mob and pull it away without trouble. I'd say the key is more knowing what to do with the monsters after they are pulled.

Little tips you might want to consider:
1. The monsters start patrolling when triggered by a player getting close. If a sneaky character triggers them, they will walk out of their base without aggroing and spread out among the nearby corridors, then stand in place separately from one another.

2. You can use tip #2, potentially, to fight 3 of the bosses without even aggroing Sagrata.

3. If you throw multiple Symbol of Weakness over their exit before the bosses trigger, their melee threat will likely be reduced by about -5 per hit.

If you cannot pull them separately then this is the best way I can think of. However, once you practice a few times, you should be able to pull them 1 by 1 most of the time.

use a sneaky guy in light armor (they have good ears)

once they aggro, just sneak away

then when the one you want is wandering around alone, pop out of sneak, and voila - you've got just one.

I've found it easiest to first find out what 4 you are fighting. Then split into 4 groups in each corner. Then 1 person aggro all 4. Person with aggro run to each corner where split groups are. Each corner gets aggro of there assigned red named mob. Then puller goes to each corner and repeats till he has last one and goes into his corner.
Take down and go to altar.
Simple as pie.

Thanks for the information guys. I've been on a number of runs - most of which have gone smoothly. But I've never been the puller....until last night with a guild group which included mostly people that had never been in there. It didn't go so well. :D

Anyway, I like the pull them all, let them get to their patrol spot and then pull individually.

wow people still split in 4 groups...we haven't done that in ages.

What we do is decide who is gonna take the ele. Usually the caster, a ranger, and a cleric and send them to the SW. Everyone else to the NE and form wall. One guy pulls them all and as he is pulling them by, the ranger picks off the ele and pulls him down to the SW, the rest get taken to the NE. Prep em and then take them out in what ever order is best for the 4 we have. It is MUCH easier this way. Haven't had a wipe since the second day the raid came out.

That method depends on the folks on your team and how well they can damage the guys you are facing (and their timing). Using that method, it's a bit less than 50% for me. They usually take down one faster than the others and that one walks back before everything is dead, etc. I wouldn't use it with marginal damage teams.

have a paladin in fullplate sneak around near them until they start walking. The mobs should follow and if the paladin stays in sneak they might not get close enough to hit them.

I belive the mob would be "investigating the noise" from a failed sneak.
