At the Altar of Devastation, if I combine a Positive Imbued Shard of Supreme Power and an Earth Imbued Shard of Supreme Power to create a Mineral Imbued Shard of Supreme Power and I put that on my EEE/PEE goggles will the the upgrande result in:

+100SP, +3 Charisma Skills (Exceptional Bonus), +3 Wisdom Skills (Exceptional Bonus)
OR
+200SP, +3 Charisma Skills (Exceptional Bonus), +3 Wisdom Skills (Exceptional Bonus)

You will get Spell Power (+100 spell pts), +3 Wis Skill as the Earth overrides the Positive.

Unless there has been some new discovery I missed, there is a dominance of elements over pos/neg that can not be overcome.
