Please fix this

if someone goes ld in a quest they dont get any loot can this please be fixed back?

reason why Im asking is I constantly ld in parts 3 and 4 of the raid and almost always the chests are opened
before I get back regardless of me warning of that issue. I can understand not giving it to people that werent there
but cmon people that have connection issues should get loot too

Never happened to me, but Ive saw it happen to someone in the Reaver raid and people in the Shroud.

You go all that way and do all that work to get no loot...it will **** me off when it happens to me.

I see no reason for the game mechanics to be this way.

It's tough on folks with internet connection issues. I had to re-run the litany of the dead pre-raid with the undead beholder because i went link dead.

Thing is, this is not going to be changed. The change prevented numerous cheats and exploits that allowed people to raid chests on quests they had not done. So, unless every player agrees to never cheat, it'll probably stay this way.

/signed and while your at it, stop porting me out of the raid when I reconnect. A couple days ago I was running shroud and in part 4 dc'd when I reconnected I was not only kicked out of the raid, (and loot) but was stuck in the harbor. This is total ****. Please fix as soon as possible!

It's another case of punishing the people who play by the rules, to make up for the cheaters that they can not catch.

I also don't like losing all my buff when I lose connection.

I can logoff and keep my buffs but if I lose connection they all disapear.

Find better people to group with, have been with several people who have gone ld during quests and we always try to give them a few minutes to reconnect, if someone goes ahead and opens chest before they get back I pay attention to who they were(everyone can make a mistake once) if they do it again I dont group them again. People need to be more patient and let people who go ld have a chance to get their chest especially in a raid.

Link-dead. Usually people on a Router or who have an unstable DDO Client go Link Dead and the loot does not appear for them while they are being f***ed out of it by a mechanic Turbine re-implemented, and are trying to log back in.

This would only be acceptable as a temporary deal until the problem is actually fixed, correctly.

I see. I don't use a router, my computer is the only one I have at the place. I've never experienced a LD situation unless it's a thing where everybody went off because of the server.
