Stunning blow allows autocrit, i believed it also allowed sneak attacks until shamguard said it doesn't. I guess its pretty hard to test that out though as most rogues don't have stunning blow (STR affects DC and rogues dont have tactics enhancements) and if a fighter stunning blows something you will get sneak attacks anyway because they will most likely have aggro.

So any rogues out there with stunning blow care to do a test?

well, just gonna have to gather some siberys shards and plat and go test it on my 8ftr/8rog

with a 30str I should be able to at least stun some casters and puncture them to death.

You do get atuo crit and sneak attackson stunned mobs.
Actualy I watched for it last night.

A funny thing I thought I saw though.
Was if I already had agro and they got stunned I got auto crits but no sneak attacks,
but Diplomacy seem to still work on stunned mobs.

I'll keep watching for this and if anyone else can verify one way or the other let me know.

The biggest problem in verifing is that stunned mobs don't live long and they are usualy in the middle of a big battle so my combat logs fills quickly.:D

This is also an area of the game that they keep "fixing", so I believe for a time we didn't get auto crits or sneak attacks on stunned mobs.

This is one of those areas that the rules lawyers have argued over for years, when an opponent is helpless and can be auto critically hit and sneak attacked. :eek:
Me I prefer to just sneak up behind them and shove a dagger in their back.:cool:

You get both autocrit and sneak attack on stunned mobs. I'll get a screenshot to show it.

So far casters make the best targets for me, melee mobs save too much.

Ya, this is somewhere a good sneak and hide does come into play. :cool:
You hide while the mob melee types run by and then go after the casters that hang back.:cool::D
Then you diplomacy your way through extra sneak attacks.:eek::D
