I think I just found out that somehow they seem to have removed online game DMs without mentioning it in the release notes. Of course this may always have been the case since I have only had one instance that I received a reply before an hour had passed.

We waited over an hour last night due to our "Foundation of Discord" run having the final guy fall through the floor and disappear. And NO I don't mean just falling into the pit, he fell through that floor also. By the time we got help, half of our party had left and it wasn't even an option to just re-run it. Though it would have been faster if we could have.

What a way to waste away an evening of gaming.

I've always found it was quicker to rerun a quest than to wait for a DM. :(

Especially since: a) I don't think they have that many DMs on duty at a time (their mistake, no question about that); b) there are other players that they are helping, I'm sure...


Or they were on their lunch break, or dinner...or potty break...whatever...

Out of all the tickets I've submited or know of being submited we had never waited more then 15 mintues for a responce. Not once.

Are you sure you're filing the ticket appropriately?

When I'm in a group that needs to file a ticket we ALL file STUCK tickets together and the GM/CSR person always confirms if we're all in the same group and advises us they will be closing the others. If one person filed a ticket then logged off shortly afterwards it's very likely the GM attempted to contact them and closed the ticket if they were offline.

If anyone in a group experiances a situation that causes them to not progress it's best to have EVERYONE file the STUCK ticket together.
