Named items and increasing hardness

I noticed on my dwarf warchanter that my hammer of the leaden clouds does not show a (+) for item value. I have not performed any attempts in admantine increasing, but what would the number of ores needed for this item and does any other named item not have a (+) factor at the top right corner.

The hammers are pretty low hardness, is there any other way to increase this? and does increasing the hardness through admantine make the item bound?

Items with no minimum level use 400 Khyber Shard Fragments to bind (same as ml:20 item). The same might apply to named items with no + in upper right corner, but I have not tested it.

You must bind the item to you using the Khyber Dragon shards. That in itself is a ritual.
Then you would be able to perform the adamantine ritual.

I performed it on my Dragon Robes to try
to save me money and already bound.
They have a durability increase by 10
and hardness of 5.
