Blindness Immunity: quick question

I have a ring of blindness ward/immunity was wonderig if it will reverse blindness when put on or if it will only prevent blindness. I don't have the room to where it all the time and have been keeping it in case I got blinded but if it won't "cure" the state then I won't keep it. Thanks for the answers

This is why I save the slot for Blindness Immunity and instead carry a clicky of Remove Blindness on most of my toons. That'll cure my blindness, or someone else's.
