My husband and I ran Dirk's got a Secret twice last night with our baby characters. Got muck both times, first run both he and I pulled muckbane. Second time, I pulled muckbane.

That's right folks, two runs: three muckbanes.

Tell me that same story but change Muckbane to Muck Doom and I'll be impressed. :)

I would rather poke out my eyeballs with a dull stick then ever run the Pit again :D

Agreed! I have run it ONE TIME EACH (elite) on my high-lvl guys. That's enough. I'm going to be kickin' myself when my next Cleric needs to run it... :(

btw...congrats!

that's the Muck Princess, sorta the spoiled brat of the Muck family. The Queen lives in the Pit and sometimes regurgitates Muck's Doom (can somebody explain what any monster is doing with a non destroied bane of its kind weapon anyway?) And there is a relation of Muck that gives you a chest but no bane weapon in the Searing Heights. The name escapes me but it gave me a laugh that time I saw the spawn.

Sadly there is no Mediterainian Muck called Mook or dumb Yiddish one called Sch...err, that technically may be a bad word, so if you don't know Yiddish, think of that word commonly used often to describe movie agents starting with sch adding the creature we're talking about word and that rhymes whadda ya know?

Los Angeles people have a +20 to their check ;)

That's easy, Muck Doom is made of glass and the ooze cannot digest it. Probably hurts to even touch it really. And it doesnt have opposable digits so that it can fling it somewhere to break it.

As to why it's there, some unfortunate adventurer that was trying to kill the Avatar probably brought it along, but died in the process :)
