I know everyone had similar problems on event night, lag, getting booted, etc...some, like me even got the "cleaning up old client" bug and was not able to log back in at all. Needless to say this really made me mad, not only did I miss out on the event I couldn't even play on Sunday either. I realize weekends are normally the busiest with more players than say on Tues. night, so would it not make sense that if you are going to do a big event like this past weekend that you should have technical support on hand to try to fix any problems that might occur. I realize fixing them during the event would or could be a problem but to do so as soon as the event is over would make sense instead making people wait until the scheduled down time on Monday. From what I hear the loot dropped wasn't all that spectacular, but still many missed out on any chance of loot or even just the fact of being there for the event.

I know it is wishful thinking on my part to expect some type of compensation for 1. missing out on the event and 2. not being able to play on Sunday either, I guess all one can hope for is that there has been some lessons learned and that DDO will take this new found knowledge to the tables when they plan the next event.

I am posting this here because I found a link in which to post this but it no longer works...did they get so much feedback that they decided to quit listening after the first day?
