Teleport Spell Broken

I keep using the Teleport spell to go to "Marketplace Tent" but it always seems to put me in front of some crater. Please fix it.

Really? It takes me to this weird place filled with devils. And then they all got out their banishers and I ended up back in Stormreach...very odd...

I think Ive got the hand signals used to throw it up wrong cause lately ive been oopsing alot and ending up in the middle of the sky..

And while they're working on the teleport code, they might as well fix the other two things about teleport too, namely Greater Teleport not working in public areas, and not having Meridia on the list.
