The Scooby-Doo ending to the Anniversary event!

(Actually, this was inspired by a weird dream this morning...)

I saw the Scooby Doo gang made from DDO players (Scooby was a big summoned dog!).

They had surrounded Nat the Pole Dancer while he laid injured on the ground... then they pulled off his mask...

AND IT WAS SIR LAWRENCE!

Then Thelma goes into Exposition mode and explains:

- How Sir Lawrence wanted the Red Tent to dissappear so that he can be the new "middle-man" with his connections to the Twelve and supply the Marketplace with goods.

-And how he had to fake his dissappearance so the Twelve wouldn't suspect him.

-And how he joined forces with the Plane of Shavarath in return for special trade considerations.

Then Sir Lawrence gloated how his plan would make him rich and he would be the KING OF PLAT SELLERS... then he laughed maniacally and then mutters how he would have gotten away with this if it wasn't for those meddling adventurers and their summoned pet!

I'd consider Velma a wizard at least... and maybe splashed with cleric.

If Shaggy wasn't so cool, I guess he'd be a re-roll...

Sorry, mixed up the names (Hey! It's been awhile!);


Velma - Wizard (14 int at least)
Daphne - Sorceress or Bard
Fred - Paladin (needs more int - 6 or 7)
Shaggy - rogue (I think he took the dash feat and the speedy trait, too)
Scooby - Anthropomorphized mastiff, with Shaggy's starting stats.


If anyone was a cleric, they could have 'cure blindness' Velma ages ago.

I see Shaggy as a rogue... He finds all the traps and secret doors, and has inherent evasion keeping him from harm.

Shaggy would make a horrible rogue. He'd have to scout ahead in dark caves and such. He's got high Dex and is long and agile...a Ranger perhaps? Squishy too! He would like fighting from a distance, if at all. :)

Only if I can be Shaggy the Rogue and eat everybody's tasty hams. I would only unlock doors for "Scooby Snacks" (Grilled Turkey Legs), and run from all monsters. :D

Also, the group leader (Fred) will need to come up with some detailed, outlandish, destined to go wrong, plan prior to every quest.
