I know you are doing a world reset tomorrow -- any chance you could do one today?
If I recall the amount of server downtime for the world reboots is minimal.
Of course, this request is only "Valid" assuming that rebooting the servers will drop off all the old connections that are currently preventing many people from logging back into the game. Assuming that it would, what's the harm in doing a quick server reboot today to allow all the people that got kicked last night to play the game again today during the weekend?

Not having any trouble on Khyber but what heck if my fellow gamers are. Reset away.

I've seen numerous threads on this issue since last night. I would hope this could be a priority. But alas, I sense that we are going to have to wait until Monday:(

Well -- it's approaching late day on Sunday here so it's obvious we'll receive no response or resolution to this.
I'm fairly certain that the reboot on Monday will fix the issue for all of us, but I'm very disappointed in the way this was handled. At least acknowledge the issue and explain why it cannot be resolved today. Ignoring all of the posts about it as well as the in game support tickets and support e-mails regarding this mass issue is just a very poor decision...Especially when there was a lot of Turbine activity on the forums related to other things.

Apologies for the delayed response. We've been trying to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis without a world reset so some of you may see relief before the maintenance. Unfortunately for many of those impacted your characters will likely remain stuck until tomorrow's maintenance. We're working as quickly as we can on this issue. DDO's worlds are running on pretty sophisticated systems and it's not a simple process to reset the worlds and/or free the characters.
Again, my apologies for both the initial issue and the sub-par response. We expect to resolve the character issues by tomorrow and will continue our efforts to improve communications and customer service going forward.
