Im coming back after a really long layoff and Im kinda lost.

Ive searched for changes to Enhancements but cannot find what I'm looking for.

How many Enhancements can we have now? As much info as you can spare will be greatly appreciated.

You can have all of them (if you only get the first tier/level)! You get 4 Action Points per level. Spend them where you wish. For a tutorial, see http://www.ddo.com/index.php?page_id=339&menus=e&do=enhancements&cmi==6&siid=18
