I just downloaded the game. When I log into the game the sound is fine but I get no video. My screen displays the following messages: Searching for signals. and then Not Supported Mode.

My video card is: Nvidia Geforce 6150 LE
DirectX 9.0c

What are my options.

I'm assuming I need to upgrade my video card.....

Thanks for your help.

The Turbine people may have a better answer for this one...but while you're waiting - Your card should be able to support this no problem. Make sure your drivers are updated. It looks like it is changing resolution as the game launches (something it always does) and there is a resolution setting that isn't supported or there's some problem going to full screen.

The userpreferences.ini file in your /Documents/Dungeons and Dragons Online, directory has a setting for windowed and regular (non-windowed) resolution. Make sure both of these are not out of range. In any case, I'm thinking you may be having a driver issue.

One other thing you can do is to set your desktop resolution to the resolution the game is trying to go into. If it doesn't take (it will revert 15 seconds after the attempted change as long as you don't click anything), then your monitor has a problem.

Posting your full dxdiag may be helpful, but it sounds like the game is trying to launch at a resolution or refresh rate that your card/monitor does not support.
