I too can not log in, But

I see some people are posting that they can not log in but my issue may be diferent. I am travling and using the internet from a hotel room. I can log in, select a server, but when i choose a toon it gets stuck on the loading screen. After a bit it gives me an error. once I recieve this error I can no longer log in. This happend last night and right now. Any ideas?

Please help me,, I'm bored out of my mind!!
