Cleaning up old connection issue

Not sure wich forum to post this on so i posted both places:

getting a "cleaning up old connection" when trying to log onto Khyber. last toon i was on was "naakkid".

please help! thanks :)

been trying for awhile now and nothing is working. have logged into other world (the old fix for this issue). no luck so far anyone with any ideas would be helpful.
