Ok, so most of the issues I am finding with the ingame help boil down to this. It is so slow in getting a senior game master that it is quicker to re-run the bugged out quest. The other issue is that ALL tickets require a senior game master to resolve. Not a great comb from the standpoint of a customer.
I am currently in a group that has been waiting almsot 2 hours for help. We lost a red named in Running with the Devils (the teleport bug). We have talked to the first level person, who as expected did nothing. And have to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait...
No help from a non-existent Sr GM?
Oh yeah, if anyone else in the quest tries to submit a ticket, you get a white screen and no ticket is submitted. Pretty sweet customer service.
