I've read in a few other threads that in End Game content our wonderful adamantine damage reduction is bypassed by most MOBs anyway, making it worthless. How true is this? Also, what are the MOBs in the game that are verified to bypass that DR?

Very few, actually. Most mobs have magic weapons (or attacks) and will bypass Invulnerability. But, few bypass DR/Adamantine. :)
