Exceptional +1 and Exceptional +2 and Exceptional +3 all stack with each other, yes.

Are you sure? I know with they way they are worded a lot of people think they do stack, however I have yet to see anyone post a confirmation on that it does (someone may have and willing to admit I could've missed it).

Reason I'm so hesistant on expectionals stacking as it seems kinda broken. +6 umd (and other cha skills)? +3 to any one stat? Seems a bit to powerful to me.

Won't the +6 from the Cha Cloak give you +3 to skills and THAT will stack with the +6 from the goggles giving you a total of +9 to Cha based skills.

But the extra +6 is only for Cha skills, not for other Cha benefits like saves for a Pally or DC/spell points for a Sorc, right?

I am certain about the CHA Skills bonus, as I have Bracers upgraded to the second tier. First they gave me a +1 boost, then after the second upgrade (same run on the Shroud thanks to my Guildies and others!) they gave me a +3 (+1 and +2 stacking :D) boost.

Also the +3 (will be +6 once I farm the Large ingredients and get the super shard) will add to that for +6 total, AND stacks with GH, my Head of Good Fortune, and Human Versatility to REALLY boost my UMD (or Haggle when shopping!) when I want to use a Heal or Res scrolls on my Sorcy!

It's Wiz VI (not Wiz IV), so all non-sorc will get 300 SP with those three enhancements while sorcerors will get 300 (from Wiz VI) + 150? (I don't know whether sorc get double for the fixed SP adders, if so it will be 300 + 300).

Sorcerers do indeed get double spell points from each spell point enhancement (3rd Tier=600 spell points total).
