View Full Version : Problems with Free Trial Keys???

Good Evening,

Three days ago I downloaded the free trial and submitted my email address for a free trial key. The first key did not arrive after a couple of hours so I used a second email address. Two days later and still no free trial key. So I used my wife's email address yesterday and still no key there. Does ddo have problems sending emails to @comcast.net email addresses? I know it's not in any junk email folder either...it simply hasn't shown up at all.

Now, I did get lucky because I went through my email and a year ago I had a free trial key from when the free trial was 7 days and I attempted to use this and it did work so I"m on the free trial now. I would like to get two of my friends going though and with my friends it's easier if I do the setup stuff for them so I'd really really like to get those free trial keys :)

Does ddo have problems sending emails to @comcast.net email addresses?I have no idea. You can always call Turbine.
