A couple things right off the top:

1.) You're build isn't set out to level 16 which is the current cap :)
2.) You only have three levels of rogue, where being nitpicky, I wouldn't classify it as a rogue build but more along the lines of a fighter that wants to be able to disable traps and still UMD.
3.) You have a lot of feats that are unnecessary: dodge (unless you are going 6 ranger), luck of heroes, iron will, nimble fingers, SF:search
4.) With a starting 12 con you won't have the hp to be a tank without a high ac. With this build you'll also need a high intimidate as it will be lacking significantly in DPS to Barbarians, Rogues, and now probably rangers.
5.) With the mix of classes it looks like you are trying to do too much with one character and while it can work it is costly in terms of gear you'll need.

A good build to go with for DPS and still UMD and trap skills would be the one Sigtrent posted: Tempest of Pain that capitalizes on using 6 levels of ranger and 10 levels of rogue. There is a lot of nice synergy between this multiclass as you get free two-weapon fighting feats, plenty of skill points, 2 spells (ram's might and jump/tumble), tempest enhancement, while still keeping rogue 10 for what it has to offer.

I would look at a couple other builds to see what you are leaning too first as right now it is still messy :).

I tend to agree 3 lvl's of rogue does not make this a rogue build.

Aye, it's basically a variant of the Batman/Evasion tanks model, probablly belongs more on the fighter forums.
