Cannot Create Character

Im just Trying this Game out on 10 day Trial, but i cannot create a character as it freezes..
Every time......


Any Suggestions?

First of welcome to DDO, well hopeful welcome:)

try and update your audio and video drivers.

also try and reinstall DirectX 9.0C and .Net 1.1
