I'm sure someone has asked this before, but I can't find out where...

Does Backstabbing from on off-hand also apply to the main hand... a la Seeker?

Aye, sometimes i use my +5 Acid Rapier of Deception, coupled with my Treason in the offhand, for some massive DPS, even when i have aggro!

You can combine it with a thrown weapon as well for nice results. (not just melee weapons if you didn't know.)
