Is there a Solid Fog/Acid Fog effect to incendiary cloud? You know, an AoE slow.

Incendiary Cloud (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/incendiaryCloud.htm) is supposed to offer concealment miss chance (as L2 Fog Cloud), but is not supposed to impair movement (as L4 Solid Fog).

Ah.
So, at level 8, you can provide a displacement effect by:
Laying down an incendiary cloud, that is static and lingering, and deals slow damage.
OR
Casting a Sunburst, that produces the same effect by blinding, and deals damage and kills some undeads...
Interresting options...
A bit like Fog Cloud (concealement) VS Glistering dust (blinding)

Yup, pretty much. And, Incendiary Cloud blocks player vision (like the cloud effects/glitterdust of old). :( One nice thing is that the Cloud concealment is automatic and does not have a save (blinding effects typically have a save).
Alternatively, for 15 SP and 25 SP (5 less SP than L8 Incendiary) you can cast both Fog Cloud and WoF to get the roughly same effect.
