If casting a spell bards do not suffer an arcane spell failure unless they cast that same spell from a scroll. For instance if I Case Blur as a spell no spell failure if I cast blur from a scroll I will have spell failure is this correct ? I am creating a warforge Bard and I am thinking of splashing in one level of fighter for an extra feat to take adamantine body. Well two feats because I will not have to waste a feet to use the weapon I want to use.

Bards must be wearing None or Light Armor for 0%ASF. For a WF, that means Composite or Mithral Body (both count as Light Armor). But you are correct on the spell versus scroll distinction.
P.S. And WF body feats must be taken at L1 with your character's first "career" feat. If you really want Mithral Body, you can respec your L1 feat to Mithral Body. Then retake the L1 feat with your next "career" feat.

I believe all arcane scrolls are subject to arcane spell failure regardless of class if you are wearing armor. As far as the adamantine body. I think you can only take one at creation. If you want adamantine body you will need a shard and have to talk to Fred to swap it out.

Thanks for the reply I will consider Mithral Body instead of Adamantine.

I havent created the Bard yet so I will not need a shard. I am still in the planning stage.

You might want to double check this. I picked the Adamantine Plating up on my WF at lvl 3.

Nope, they removed that requirement when they fixed evasion.

As an aside, for most bards AC is meaningless at higher levels, so I would consider respecing any armor feat out around level 10 or so for something more useful.
