screen difficulties

my game keeps running in windows mode. when i try to change it to full screen it gives me an error message. and wont let me change it. i tried both alt enter and going to options panel and changing it that way both ways wont work. any advice would be great thanks

now i just tried to log on and i can sign in but once i choose the server it says game error 132

my husband originally posted for me with his account this is my account

ok so it took me a minute to figure out what u were talking about but i did the dxdiag and i cant figure out how to post it but it found no problems

well sry for wasting your time but its working now. had a short power outage and turned it back on after power came back and its working just fine. next time i will try this first before posting on the forums.
