I haven't verified the timers, but it is lowered, that much I can say.

Shadows still like to phase out if you are out of range.

Yes, shadows are Much better... Ogre Magi seem to have gotten Much Worse.... In the Vale the Rare Ogre Magi phases out for over a Minute sometimes.... and in Dust.. same thing..... Quite annoying.

Lets not forget some lifeforms may have a different meaning of life. I, as a Cow-model Warforged, could have a totally different meaning of life from... say... a kobold.

A kobold's meaning of life is fairly obvious though. ;)

Ogre Magi stay gaseous until they regenerate to full or near full health. With newer monsters having more health, this could be the cause of the problem.

i think the ogre maji in dust phase along time because it takes that long to get his massive hitpoints back
