I didn't take pics, but maybe another party member did. Two robes and the gloves dropped. Remember the devs said some of the raid loot was "improved"? Well the robe is the exact same as before except light fortification was added. LOL, I guess Power I is also considered an improvement as well. :rolleyes:

Yeah, totally congratulations. I'd run through the raid a bunch prior to mod 6 and kinda decided that I just wasn't good enough for the challenge. Awesome to see some Sarloniand representin'!

I'll put it this way, we would have beaten him just as easily pre mod 6 if we were able to complete all the puzzles at once. It does take some luck that's for sure.

Congrats! It really makes sense that this quest will be easier beaten by 6 people than 12. With 6 people being forced randomly to do the puzzles, you almost have to keep it to a max of 6 to keep practicing the puzzle over and over.

I gotta feel sorry for that 7th person though who got stuck out on the dias with the Abbot while the others were doing the puzzles though! :eek:

just to add... his critical disintergrate hit for 900+. You can get over 1000 on a crit as well.

Hi everyone, particularly those who beat the raid:


I was planning on mentioning this in this weekend's podcast and wanted to make sure that I got my facts right.

I see the people who beat the raid are Maibock, Baconstrip, Vander, Blackmagik, Jaeger, Hildor and Maksimo. Is that correct?

Looking at the screenshots, I only see two guilds involved - Roving Guns and Soulless - is this correct?

That's what I'm going with unless someone corrects me, so if this isn't right, I'd appreciate y'all letting me know.

You need Arcane Lore items (skiver, greenblade, blue dragon armor) in order to crit with disintigrate. Potency 6 for damage boost. And of course maximize + empower.

One question: are you saying that one robe had light fort and the other had power 1?

If their promised addition to the item included a random low lvl ablity of the loot table... that's kinda cool :)

The point was to differentiate the loot that was won by cheese, but it also leaves the possibility of a decent upgrade on a lucky pull. I like the idea of slightly differentiated raid loot. :cool:
