Can't Start Launcher

I downloaded the recent patch last friday (2/1/2008) but I never got the chance to log in. I'm trying to log in now but am unable to start the Launcher. It worked flawlessly last Friday. I've attached the launcher.log

Try copying the files from the backup folder in your ddo folder to the main directory (overwriting any files when asked) and then try playing.

I used the copy to clipboard feature please help as this hasn't happened before. I tried to 'Run as Administrator' but that would kick in for some reason.

I Hope They Have It Fixed Today.

Many people are getting this. Apparently, the launcher has trouble connecting to your computer's mailbox, to get the +2 BufferInt tome they mailed our to all head start PCs.
