this is what i have been getting along with many other people:

(Tell): Graster tells you, 'Alright, to further assist you, I will now forward your help request to the next level of support. Please be aware that all tickets are handled on a first come, first serve basis. The next available Senior Game Master will be with you as soon as possible.'

ok please do this for me and every one else to save time waisted! just say hey i cant fix it and theres going to be no one to help with this issue at this time because we havent figured it out. plain and simple!

there is many openings at burger king. or better yet 7-11

Not exactly sure what you are referring to, but Tech Support normally can not assist with In Game issues. Your quote is an In Game rep escalating a ticket. What kind of issue are you having?
