New to bard class! and Oldie newbie of DDO!

Hello all thanks for reading this post its my 3rd back after a year in hiding and im inquiring about Bards :D . I recently unlocked drow and am told for the best enjoyable expierence since i like fighting and casters is to make a bard . Im making a drow but i was also told to take two weapon fighting im looking for a decent character build so i can have a rough idea of where to go with this :D thank you so much!

cant give you much info but for the first few levels..
max out your charisma
if your human take twf first level if not take it 3rd
max out ranks in perform, haggle, and umd
also whenever you feel like it take the new feat that switches yuor charisma and your wisdom for will save. it will give you uber will saves
