I can not use voice chat, I can not see text in anything other than /tell. I can not speak in any channel but /tell. I submit an in-game ticket and the ticket is eventually closed due to "lack of response" on my part. Problem is I never see any text from a GM and I'm guessing they're not READING my ticket or they would know I can't respond.
Are you using Vista?
If so, open the UserPreferences.ini file located in your DDO folder inside My Documents and find the line "UserSpecifiedPort", change this to "UserSpecifiedPort=9000"

What If i am unable to find the User Prefences inside my folders anywhere ?? what did i do wrong there???
