I am having a problem with my graphics in DDO. I start the program ok, it looks great, I checked and it told me that my graphics should be running on the high settings, so I let it stay there. As I start to run I notice that my screen is distorting in some weird ways, the HUD was warping toward the middle of the screen, the chat log and health bars and other things were jumping around. I figured that maybe I just had the graphics set too high so I restarted the computer and set the options to low, after a few minutes it started again. Figuring maybe my drivers were out of date I downloaded my video drivers again and started it back up, in low settings. After a few minutes it started happening again and I figured maybe I’ll just try out the game anyway, a couple minutes later the game crashed giving me “Game Error 210” (I think) so I restarted, reinstalled directx and tried again. Same problems, except this time it froze up. When I closed it and tried to restart it the game gave me “Game Error [122]
The Graphics Device is not supported by this application. [122]”
Which suggests my video card isn’t good enough. Now, I’m running a Radeon X850, which may not be the best card but has always been enough for me to run max settings on games like World of Warcraft and even this game tells me I should be able to run it no problem. After a restart I can log back in again no problem, but I still get the same problems. Also, just noticed this, after the game crashes out I can’t play ANYTHING until I restart. Is this common, if so, is there a fix I can do for this?

I thought that might be the issue but I've never had this problem before, I can still play other games, since it started happening I've played World of Warcraft, Neverwinter Nights 2, Half Life 2, and a couple other random things and none of them had any issue out of the ordinary.
