incite hatred

Hey all, i'm thinking about rolling a new paladin named Hehateme. warforged, adamantine body CE, Whirlwind all that mess to suck aggro. My question is this. Why is there only one tier of the paladin ability that ups your hatred, but three tiers of the one that that does light damage? Is this just a flaw in the compendium, or is there really no second and third tier?

Nope the compendium is ok, there is no 2nd or 3rd.
If you have the character slot for it and are unsure of what enhancements/feats are available, you can always just create a level 1 of a given class, and when examining Enhancements check the "Show Unavailable" checkbox.

true dat gpk. at work though, so i had to rely on you bums ;) In any event that kinda screws my idea to go paladin. Too bad really, that could have been a fun paladin to play for once.

well mainly i was confused by the idea that it wasn't given the second and third tier. Would having your paladin's damage seem to generate 300% hate for 20 seconds really be the thing that makes them surpass the other classes? I hardly think so. If anything it's another paladin ability that comes off as little more than a novelty.
