Ok,

So as it has been explained to me, there are several thoughts on how these all stack. I know you dont simply add the numbers up...

I have heard they require seperate rolls however. For instance:
If Blurred and Displaced, if enemy scores a hit then he rolls a 40% Displace roll, if he makes it, then he rolls a 20% blur roll, if he passes both he hits.
Or, if character say wears a Ring of Shadows and a Cloak of the Zehpyr, it would be a 20% then a 10%.
I don't know what order they're rolled in.

Heck, I don't even know if that's right...Do you just get the higher bonus of the two and the enemy rolls once to bypass?

A dev confirmation on this would be extremely appreciated on this.

Thanks,

Tanka

Highest bonus only applies.

Easy way to test this would be to go down into one of the lesser PVP areas and have someone hit you a few hundred times. If the powers overlap the attacker will see various combat messages such as target is blurry or displacement as well as successful rolls to bypass each layer of protection.

My thoughts would be that displacement works with either blur, dusk, ring of shadows, cloak of zephyr to provide greater protection but not having them overlay so that you have to beat blur, dusk, ring, and displacement.

Pretty sure a Dev confirmed that only the highest applies some time ago. Eladrin I think.
