Armor apperance after server crash

I was in a dungeon on my Warforged when the Thelanis server crashed. I waited till I was able to log back on, when I got back onto my character his armor apperance changed. Instead of having armor plates all over the body, he only had plates on his hands and on his right shoulder. The armor wasn't even the same model.

I'm not sure what made that happen, but I'm sure it had to do something with the server crashing.

Is there any way for me to fix this?
