Tomb of Tormented bug

OK.. I think we all know that the rats get stuck in this quest. Usually I just restart the quest. Tonight, my group decidied that we were going to have a dm help us. The response that we got after 90 minutes of waiting and researching is: there is no known bug for this quest and fill out a bug report if I feel that I need to. There is nothing that they could do for us at this time. Really? No known bug?

This is solely for technical issues - like your game crashing or weird video problems, etc.

Personally only did that quest once, and while it took forever it did not bug out..
